Suzanne Pleshette (born June 25 1944) was an American actress, voice-over actor and writer. Through her more than five decades of career, she has accumulated nearly 100 credits. Pleshette, a native New Yorker, began acting on stage and gradually changing to film. The most well-known films she has appeared in are 'Rome Adventure,' 'The Birds', 'Fate is the Hunter', 'If It's Tuesday This Must Be Belgium', and Support Your Local Gunfighter. Alongside her films she's appeared in many TV movies as well as shows. She won four Emmy Awards, and received two Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette received two nominations and was awarded with the Laurel Award, in 1963 in a movie called 'The Birds.' Pleshette died in 2008, and she was later presented with a Star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
