Winona-Ryder

Winona Laura Horowitz, professionally referred to by the name Winona Ryder was born in Winona Minnesota. She was named by her parents in honor of the town where she grew in. Michel Horowitz is her father and Cynthia Palmer is her mother. Ryder's mother and father are both Jewish. Ryder believes herself to being Jewish. The actress is the younger sister of Uria as well as half-siblings Jubal & Sunyata. Ryder relocated with her family to Mendocino County California at the age of seven. The family didn't have electricity. Ryder who was an avid reader aged 12 years old, became a reader since Ryder was not able to access television. Ryder was 12 when she took up a place at the American Conservatory Theatre for acting classes in 1983. In 1986, she got her first big-screen role in the movie Lucas she was only 15 years old. Ryder was bullied in her high school. Her acting career, she hoped that it would aid her. However, it didn't come be. But that didn't stop her making plans for her future. Her breakthrough came in Tim Burton's Beetlejuice in the year 1988. Ryder continued playing characters that made a splash in a variety of films. Ryder was nominated twice for Academy Awards one for her part on The Age of Innocence (1993).
